Roland de la Tullaye  - Senior manager, partner

Roland is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the financial markets, mutual funds and wealth management. He has worked with international groups across Europe and Asia, where he has: •Managed compliance, control, and regulatory transformation programs. •Led transversal projects focused on transforming internal control activities. •Served as the company and corporate secretary. •Acted as a director on the board of a large investment fund in Luxembourg and as a branch manager in Belgium. In addition to his managerial roles, Roland has contributed to the education of future compliance leaders by providing lectures organized by the French regulator. He has taught compliance for the law master's program at the University of Toulouse, sustainable finance for the Master 2 in Innovation and Technologies at Sorbonne University, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) as a guest lecturer at York University. Roland holds a master's degree in law from the University of Louvain in Belgium and has pursued studies in finance and accounting at CNAM in Paris. He is an AMF-approved Chief Compliance Officer in France, specializing in brokerage (RCSI for 13 years), fund and wealth management (RCCI for 18 months). Roland has been MLRO for 18 years and is also a certified CCO in Canada.

Sarah Bockelandt  - Senior manager
Compliance - AML/FT 

Sarah has over 25 years' experience in financial markets and asset management, including 5 years in project management and 18 in compliance. She has worked at LCL, CACIB, Exane and Ellipsis AM, where she was RCCI for 11 years. Since 2014, Sarah has also been involved in compliance training within various diplomas, notably for the universities of Paris Dauphine (Mater 2 Juriste Financier) and Paris 2 Panthéon Assas (DU Compliance Officer).   Sarah has structured a management company's compliance system (risk mapping, control plan, LCB-FT risk classification), drafted and maintained bodies of standards to implement MiFID2, MAR, UCITS, AIFM, SFDR, AML5, rules on sales documentation and marketing, carried out the corresponding controls in management companies and CIBs, designed and led employee training courses, handled relations with the regulator on a day-to-day basis and in control situations, and led regulatory projects as part of a multi-skilled project team.   Sarah holds a post-graduate diploma (DESS) in international business law from the University of Paris Descarte, a professional diploma in internal audit from IFACI, the CFPB's Manager de Conformité professional expertise cycle, and a professional certificate in training. Sarah is AMF and AMF Finance Durable certified.

Laura has more than 10 years of experience in Transformation and Sustainable Development consulting. Laura has worked for PWC, Deloitte and Stanwell Consulting. She advises and assists professionals in post-merger integration, sustainable mobility, digital responsability, awareness of climate change and training in sustainable development. Laura is also a trainer of approved facilitators within the framework of the Climate Fresk (La fresque du climat) in Paris and Madrid. ​ Laura is a graduate in Law from the Panthéon Sorbonne and Panthéon Assas universities as well as in engineering and international business strategy from Essec Business School.

Hilarion BIDJOUA - Senior manager
Compliance - AML/FT

Hilarion has 20 years of experience and strategic, organizational, and transformational expertise in asset management and banking. He worked for several years at Société Générale as Head of Depositary Control and Internal Auditor. He was the Head of Compliance and Internal Control (RCCI) within SGP Horizon Asset Management. He held the RCCI card. ​Hilarion has worked for the consulting firms AGAMA Conseil, DCMF, and FINEGAN. He works with financial institutions, conducts transition management missions, and supervises audit missions, permanent and periodic control. He ensures the operational implementation of directives and regulations (MIF 2, AML-FT, AIFM, UCITS 5, IDD, PRIIPS, and GDPR). He provides clients with AML-FT, market abuse, and compliance training. He supports AMCs in the context of approval and controls CIFs. ​ Hilarion holds a DESS in Business Management from the University Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne and the Professional Certification of the Financial Markets Authority.

For 25 years, Jehan has built his expertise in compliance and transformation starting with operational finance functions (credit analysis, back office agent, financial advisor). For the past 20 years, Jehan has held positions in audit and compliance with multiple regulated entities active in the banking and payment world (BNP Paribas, BOC, CCB, RCB-VTB, GPB) as well as in the management of alternative funds (CVC, RCB and BOC's domiciliary activity). Based in Luxembourg, Jehan also covers Germany and Belgium where he has had the opportunity to work in a multicultural environment, Asia (BoC, CCB), Central Europe (RCB-VTB, GPB), and Anglo-Saxon (EY, CVC). Jehan holds degrees in Banking and Insurance from IPAG Business School and in Finance from HEC.

Eric is expert in Asset Management Transformation and Target Operating Model Design. He has advised many large asset managers on their outsourcing strategy for the middle and back office. He also has designed and built a Portfolio Management System from scratch (Decalog) sold to Sungard and now to Neoxam. For legal issues relating to service providers approvals, we work with Florence. Florence is lawyer in business law and litigation with a background in France and Luxembourg in banking law and in civil law. Since 2019 she is predominantly involved in projects related to payment and electronic money institutions. She has practical expertise of European (PSD1 and PSD2 ; SEPA regulation) for several Financial Institutions in France and Luxembourg. She is graduated from Paris – Sorbonne and Nanterre universities. ​Florence graduated from the universities of Paris - Sorbonne and Nanterre. She is registered with the Luxembourg Bar.
